Check-in at the hotel is at 4 p.m. Early check-in is possible for a fee of $100.     

Checkout at the hotel is at 11 a.m. Late checkout is possible for a fee of $100 until 1PM. Late check out is based on availability  

The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 21 Years Old.       

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 72 Hours prior to your reservation date. A fee of 1 night guest room charge plus tax applies for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your reservation date. The Islander Reserves the right to change the cancellation policy for certain times throughout the year. Advance Purchase reservations will be charged for full amount if reservation is cancelled. 

Pets are always welcome at the hotel. See new pet policy.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the Islander buildings. There are designated smoking areas outside.

On-property self-parking is available for Resort Guests. Self-Parking is complimentary for Resort guests as part of the resort fee. This is based on Vehicle per room.

There are many public transportation options near the hotel, including Bus Stop for public buses, FreeBee transportation and Resort limited area transportation. The limited area transportation is offered on a first come first serve basis.

Children are always welcome at the hotel. Scheduled Family activites, including Beach Basketball, Ping Pong, Corn Hole Toss and watersports activites.

Lobster season in the Florida Keys typically runs from August 6th to March 31st.

The daily bag limit is six lobsters per person for Monroe County, including the Florida Keys.
